Addicted 2 Novels, For What It's Worth, Tiger's All-Consuming Books and Karen's Addictions are hosting an event called the Ultimate Reviewers Challenge. Basically, throughout the month of August, they invite ALL bloggers to post as many reviews as possible. Consider it a "back-to-basics" contest!
I am loving this idea! I am so far behind on my reviews and have been planning on sitting down to write up a bunch as soon as my company leaves - and now I have great incentive! Go check it out!

I am also participating. I have tons of reviews to write :s
ReplyDeleteI'm participating as well. This is such a great motivator! Good luck on catching up with your reviews.
ReplyDeleteI think I might join in too. Hmm Seems like a plan.
ReplyDeleteSounds like a really cool idea!
ReplyDeleteGreat idea!
ReplyDeleteNice to see you back again, and thanks for stopping by my blog!!
:0)
Sounds like a great idea, my reviews are up to date though, I a little obsessive :) Thanks for stopping by my blog to say hello!
ReplyDeleteLOL I already do this. Thanks for stopping by the blog. I'm behind all my blog reading lately!
ReplyDeleteSounds interesting! You stopped by my blog earlier so I thought I would come by and see whats up on your blog. :)
ReplyDeleteGood luck with your challenge!
ReplyDeleteThis sounds like a great idea, and although I would love to participate, I am away on holidays for three weeks with little computer access. There's always next year!
ReplyDeleteWhat a great idea! Thanks for sharing.
ReplyDeleteThanks for your visit! So glad you stopped by and this sounds awesome I will go check it out :)
ReplyDeleteHappy Reviewing!
It's funny...I dread writing the reviews until I start writing them. Then I pull a bunch out and have a blast doing it.
ReplyDeleteGood luck with the challenge!
Hi, I just stumbled on to your blog and I think that it's great. I'm going to follow your blog.
ReplyDeleteCheck out my blog as well, and if you like it, you can follow me too.
However, I don't think that I can do the Ultimate Reviewers Challenge. Right now, I'm only going to read 5 books during the month of August, so that I can have some time to write my own novel
Sounds like a great idea! I really need to get caught up! Just found your blog through Stacy's A Novel Source...
ReplyDeleteThanks!
PS Love your "award free" zone. I get that, totallY!

This looks like a bunch of fun. I write them as I read them though. Thanks for thinking of me!
ReplyDeleteI am the same as GIna, I have to write them right when I am done or I will forget I read it!
ReplyDeleteTHanks for stopping by. Hope everything is great!

I'm not participating but wish you good luck and have fun with the challenge.
ReplyDeleteI think that's brilliant :) I find myself reading far more than I review...I really should do more!
ReplyDeleteHi Bev,
ReplyDeleteAs you suggested, I am stopping by your blog. And a very nice one it is. How wonderful to see a readers blog and this looks like so much fun. So much going on, so much to particpate in and read.
We authors are life long readers with a passion for the written word, too, of course.
Keep up the great work.
Yeah, I've got to do this - I keep thinking of books I've read but haven't reviewed. This should help!
